NeurOptimal Sessions

Use this “staff member” when booking your NeurOptimal session.

A NeurOptimal session is a brain training session that uses neurofeedback to help improve brain function and mental health. During the session, you listen to music while sensors on your scalp and ears monitor your brain waves. The system then provides feedback to help your brain learn to function more effectively.

How it works: 🌿The system analyzes your brain waves for patterns of stress or distraction. 🌿When it detects these patterns, it briefly interrupts the music. 🌿This interruption signals your brain to shift its focus and self-regulate. 🌿Over time, this training can help reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and ADHD.

What to expect: ✨You can close your eyes and “zone out” while the brain training happens. ✨A session usually lasts around 35 minutes. ✨You might notice brief pauses in the music or image.

NeurOptimal is considered a safe and non-invasive therapy. It doesn’t involve direct manipulation of brain activity.

Sessions are usually spaced 1-2 weeks apart. We recommend a follow-up session after a few months to assess progress and make any necessary adjustments. Typically, a course of neurofeedback treatment involves: 🧠10-20 sessions: For mild to moderate conditions. 🧠20-40 sessions: For more severe conditions or complex cases. 🧠More than 40 sessions: In rare cases where significant improvement is needed.
